I purchased this cap as a gift for my husband a month before his birthday, but unfortunately, my experience has been deeply frustrating. Twenty days after placing the order, I still hadn't received any delivery updates. I attempted to track my order using the Shop app, as advised by the company, but it simply directed me to the FedEx website, which continually displayed an error message.
In hopes of resolving this, I reached out to the company's support team via email, detailing my situation. They responded by stating that they would check with the delivery company to locate my order. However, their follow-up included a screenshot of a tracking update from over 10 days ago, along with phone numbers for the delivery company for me to call and try to resolve the problem. However, I received an unsatisfactory response, considering the inconvenience.
I made it clear in my reply that I refused to call and chase this up myself. I paid for both the product and delivery, and it should be their responsibility to resolve any issues with their delivery service. Since then, I have not received any further communication from them. In frustration, I sent another email requesting a cancellation and a full refund, but once again, I have been met with silence.
This entire experience has been a waste of my time and money, and I strongly advise against shopping at this store. They have demonstrated a clear lack of accountability and customer service.

It‘s a very nice cap. Its very big so it doesn‘t fit my head perfect yet. Sadly it has some folds in it because it wasn‘t that good packaged. For that price I would expect a better packaging. Over all its a very nice hat for all Senna fans and the quality of the hat is also very good.
