Are your products genuine?
All our products are 100% licensed, genuine products. The Senna Store is operated for on Senna’s behalf Vertical Scale group as the internationally recognised, licensed merchandise partner.
 
How can I find what I am looking for?
If you know the specific item you are looking for, you can use the navigation menu or search bar above and click. Products are sorted in categories by product and collection types, simply browse them via the navigation menu.
 
Product Size guide
You can find size guides on all relevant product pages. Just click “what’s my size?” where you will find measurement instructions and suitable sizes for each product. Sizes may vary between brands and suppliers, so please check before purchasing.
 
Product Care guide
We are proud of our high-quality products, and you can find washing & care instructions on the inner labels of all our products, but here are some general tips to ensure your merchandise remains in tip-top condition for many years to come:

• Wash according to the care label instructions
• Wash with items that have similar washing instructions
• Try and always wash on the lowest temperature possible. The care label states the maximum temperature.
• Turn items inside out to protect logos and prints
• Avoid using too much, or too strong a detergent

A product I want is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
We try our hardest to always have a full range of products in stock, however, sometimes popular products can sell out. Where possible we will attempt to restock these but cannot guarantee specific dates. Generally, sale items are subject to availability whilst stocks last, and will not be restocked.
 
Guarantee
All items you purchase from us come with a statutory warranty. Statutory warranty means that a product is or must do what the end-user may reasonably expect from it. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
