Refund policy
At HGL MDSE Kft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions.

Customers in the EU can also exercise their right of withdrawal electronically through our online withdrawal form found here. If you use this online function, we will send you a receipt confirmation by email without undue delay.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or customised items
- Final sale or clearance products
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Info@SennaHGL.net with your order number and reason for return.
- All returned are processed on the dedicated returns platform
- You will receive instructions and a return authorisation (RMA).
- Ship your item(s) to the address provided using a trackable service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Info@SennaHGL.net with photographs of the product and packaging.
We will arrange replacement or reimbursement at no additional cost.
